Sound has been used for centuries as a healing modality. A sound bath is a meditative and therapeutic experience using a variety of instruments to deepen meditation and reboot the body.
The vibrations and frequencies organically relax brain activity which are instrumental in supporting physical, emotional and energetic health.
Dawn guides you through a blend of body scans, various breathing techniques, gentle movements and sounds into a restorative meditation.
The powerful frequencies and soothing sounds of the alchemy crystal bowls take the body and mind to a peaceful relaxed state, organically resetting imbalances throughout the body.
A sound bath can be a passive somatic resting practice. You show up in comfortable clothes, get into a very cozy meditation position with supportive props, allow the soothing sounds and vibrations to saturate your brain waves and your cells from head to toe, naturally softening the body to melt into the mat, peacefully resting and receiving.
After a sound session one typically feels grounded and nourished leaving with a restored sense of inner harmony. It’s often said these types of sessions can be as rejuvenating as several hours of sleep.
